Pompeii (ปอมเปอี) เป็นซิงเกิ้ลที่ถูกปล่อยมาในเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ 2013 ของวง BASTILLE ซึ่งเป็นวง Alternative rock จากเมืองลอนดอน ประเทศอังกฤษ 
ปัจจุบันมีสมาชิกในวงทั้งหมด 4 คน คือ Dan Smith, Chris 'Woody' Wood, Will Farquarson และ Kyle Simmons 
ชื่อของวงนั้นมีที่มาจาก วันบาสตีล ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 
เพื่อรำลึกถึงการโจมตีคุกบาสตีลในฝรั่งเศส ซึ่งตรงกับวันเกิดของนักร้องนำ Dan smith พอดี

โดยรวมๆ เพลงนี้หมายความว่า มนุษย์ไม่ค่อยเรียนรู้จากประวัติศาสตร์ จากความผิดพลาด จนทำให้ตัวเองเกิดหายนะ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจากความเห็นแก่ตัวหรือความโลภ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับเมืองปอมเปอีที่ล่มสลาย หลายคนกล่าวว่าการที่เมืองนี้ล่มสลายเป็นการกระทำของพระเจ้า เนื่องจากเป็นเมืองคนบาป พูดง่ายๆ คือ เพราะคนนิสัยไม่ดีเลยทำให้เมืองถูกทำลาย
